Just had a night of magic with ipin n blacks. n for the time being, I came out top.
Blacks has a very solid mechanism using his soldiers type, a red-white combination, most had double-strikes, and he got pretty artifacts and behold; akroma, angel of wrath (its RED people)
But my kamigawa kami's (spirits) on the other hand ain't no pushover. I'm using a red-green combi, which means playing it fast n hard.
out of 4 rounds with black's soldiers, I won 3. i nearly lose 2 of those 3, but for my
kodama of the south tree , coupled with briarknit kami, and of course my favourite's instant (pump) unchecked growth and strength of cedars.
and for some luck and pyschological warfare of course. i played kodama everytime. its hard to keep up with, since I also had glitterfang at my disposal. its just a 1/1 creature, but its haste and return to hand at each end of turn with a mana cost of 1 came in handy to compliments kodama and briarknit kami fully. everytime i played a spirit and arcane spell, EVERY other of my creature gets a 1/1 and trample from kodama, or a 1/1 counter for a target creature from briarknit kami.

my enchantments seems like a joke, but it come a bit handy sometimes. I ought to add more zuberas or ghost lit-raider to up my ante of kami's. I had honden of the life's web, but i'm using it for my white-green kami combi =)
revealing your cards is not a big disadvantage, if U might wanna argue me for posting my deck's list. Its the timing and stratetgy and bluff-poker-face-pyscho acts that win the game. besides, playing to your own strength brings a better virtue than worrying how to counter others.
the second u're intimidated and worrying what's in your opponent's hand, U lose the cutting edge of winning.its a war strategy people.
