salam khruz... pergh..! interesting thesis issues..emm..what kind of material that you proposed for that modular unit..? that wall and also the flooring system...
material x decide lg.spoilt for choice is one thing. then emphasization is more ont the settlemnt planning, capacity, coz study pon more on the settlement itself. so better left the material for detail up in 2nd stage nnt.
by 2nd stage, focus will be more on the modular unit and its interior, and how the modular units respond/transform accordingly to the settlement needs. most probably using barcode building system for the interior, albeit in micro scale
